IV infusions are administered at our St. Marys, GA office under clinical supervision. The Neurogenesis Project is a direct-care practice — pay at the time of service. We provide a superbill for HSA, FSA, or possible insurance reimbursement.

About these prices. Intravenous NAD+, Niagen and our other infusions are provided as part of a physician service, not as drugs for sale. The price shown is for a physician-supervised infusion visit at our St. Marys, Georgia office. Every patient is screened by a physician before anything is ordered, and Dr. Orr may adjust the dose or recommend a different protocol based on that screening. Our NAD+ and nicotinamide riboside are compounded by an FDA-registered, FDA-inspected 503B outsourcing facility. Payment is collected at the time of service.
