The Direct-Care Difference
Every service on this page is priced and posted. You contract directly with your physician, pay at the time of service, and receive a detailed superbill you can submit to your insurance, HSA, or FSA for possible reimbursement. Our role is to give you the time, attention, and depth of evaluation that the conventional system has stopped delivering.
Encounter rates are billed hourly in 15-minute increments. Initial in-person evaluations and select follow-ups may be performed with two providers — a neurologist and a neurocoach — working in the same room. Payment arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis when needed.

Patient Encounter
$250 / hourIn-person evaluations and follow-ups with our clinical team. Billable in 15-minute increments. Initial visits and select follow-ups may be performed with two providers — neurology and neurocoaching — working together at the same table.
Video Tele-Encounter
$250 / hourSecure telemedicine visits for established patients across all three locations and beyond. Same direct access to your clinician, billable in 15-minute increments — useful for between-visit adjustments and out-of-area care.
Care Coordination
$250 / hourTime spent communicating with outside providers, arranging testing, and shepherding your case through other parts of the medical system. We act as your advocate so your care actually moves forward.
Independent Record Review
$250 / hourDetailed clinical review of outside records — prior imaging reports, hospital discharges, neuropsychological evaluations, medication histories — to build an accurate picture before we add new tests or treatments.

For Headache, Migraine, and Pain Conditions
Therapeutic Botulinum Injection
$175 / sessionFor chronic migraine, cervical dystonia, and other conditions responsive to focal botulinum therapy. Botulinum toxin itself is billed separately at the manufacturer rate plus 10%.
Occipital Nerve Block
$175 / sideTargeted greater and lesser occipital nerve blockade for occipital neuralgia, cervicogenic headache, and certain post-traumatic headache syndromes. Performed in-office with anesthetic and steroid.
Trigger Point Injection
$175 / sessionFocal injection of myofascial trigger points contributing to chronic head, neck, and upper-back pain. Often paired with other modalities for headache and post-concussive syndromes.
