The Neurogenesis Project sees patients across Florida and Georgia. Dr. Orr and Dr. Edwards both work across all three offices — the location you visit changes nothing about the care you receive.

We share the building with the Fairway Mortgage office, right next door to the Navy Federal Credit Union. Suite F is on the first floor — go through the door on the right side of the lobby.

Patients are welcome at any of our offices. If you start your evaluation at San Marco and want your follow-up at Jacksonville Beach, we move with you. If you live in St. Marys but need a procedure at our Jacksonville location, we coordinate it. One chart, one team, three doors.
