Cellular Rejuvenation Therapy
The Process
Three stages before any biologic decision. The point is to find out whether this is right for you before you commit anything to it.
Discovery Consultation
Free · normally $395
45–60 minutes
A 45–60 minute conversation with a member of our clinical team. We review your health history, your goals, and the neurological problem you are trying to address. We answer questions. We tell you, plainly, whether Cellular Rejuvenation Therapy is likely to be appropriate for your case. If you enroll in the program, the $395 consultation value is credited toward your treatment.
What happens at this stage
- Confidential review of your clinical history and prior workup
- Explanation of what Cellular Rejuvenation Therapy is and is not
- Honest assessment of likely candidacy before any commitment
- Decision: proceed to the Diagnostic Process, or part ways with no obligation
Diagnostic Process
Foundation Labs + high-quality brain imaging
Lab results within days; imaging scheduled separately
The Diagnostic Process establishes your baseline across three components. Foundation Labs covers inflammation mapping, cellular function markers, neurogenomic and neurometabolic panels, and the specific lab work each clinical presentation calls for. The Comprehensive Brain MRI runs advanced sequences that surface structural and connectivity findings standard outpatient MRI misses. The Brain PET Scan maps glucose metabolism, showing what your brain is actually doing at the cellular level. Dr. Orr reviews the complete picture in detail. The output is a candid view of what is going on in your nervous system and the windows where intervention is most likely to help.
What happens at this stage
- Foundation Labs: neuroinflammation, cellular function, neurogenomic and neurometabolic panels
- Comprehensive Brain MRI on advanced sequences
- Brain PET Scan for glucose metabolism mapping
- Detailed review with Dr. Orr, not a one-page summary email
Phase 1 Protocol
Personalized treatment cycle
Visit length depends on protocol
Phase 1 is your initial Cellular Rejuvenation treatment cycle. Dr. Orr designs the protocol from the Diagnostic Process findings and your clinical history. The biologic product, dose, route, and any adjunct therapies are matched to your specific neurological profile. The treatment itself is administered at our St. Marys office under appropriate clinical conditions. A structured follow-up plan accompanies every Phase 1.
What happens at this stage
- Protocol designed and reviewed with you before treatment day
- Treatment administered at the St. Marys office
- 24–48 hour wellness check, two-week symptom review, six-week reassessment
- Decision about Phase 2 (continuation) is made on the basis of response
What this process is not
It is not a same-day infusion clinic. Anyone offering to administer cell or tissue biologics on a first visit, without imaging, lab work, or a structured candidacy review, is not doing this carefully. We are not in that market.
It is also not a guaranteed outcome. We do not promise results, we do not have a hundred-percent response rate, and we will tell you, in the consultation, when we think the literature does not support a strong expectation in your case. Setting realistic expectations is part of the work, not a footnote in the consent form.
And it is not a replacement for the rest of your medical care. Your neurologist, your primary care physician, and any specialist already involved in your case stay involved. We coordinate, we do not displace.
Frequently asked
How long does the whole process take?
From discovery consultation to Phase 1 treatment, most patients move through the sequence over 4–8 weeks. Discovery consultation can usually be scheduled within a week. Foundation Labs results return within several days of the lab visit; the Comprehensive Brain MRI and Brain PET Scan are scheduled separately based on imaging availability. Protocol design and scheduling depends on the patient’s availability and which biologic is being used.
Do I have to commit to Phase 1 to do the Diagnostic Process?
No. The Diagnostic Process is diagnostic, not contingent on enrollment. If the results suggest Cellular Rejuvenation Therapy is not the right answer, we will say that, and the workup itself often provides useful information for the rest of your care.
Is anesthesia involved?
Standard biologic administration does not require general anesthesia. Local measures (numbing agents, cold spray) are used as appropriate. Specific protocols are explained during the consent process before treatment day.
What does follow-up look like?
A wellness check at 24–48 hours, a structured symptom review at two weeks, and a reassessment at six weeks. Longer-term follow-up is planned individually based on what we are treating and how you respond. Patients in the Intensive Brain Health Program receive integrated longitudinal tracking.

Free, 45–60 minutes, no pressure to enroll. If we are not the right fit for your case, we will tell you plainly. If we are, the next step is the Diagnostic Process.
